Black Superman (Muhammad Ali) by Johnny Wakelin and The Kinshasa Band

This song goes out to the late Muhammad Ali who was a former Olympian that also boxed under the name Cassius Clay. As you fellers know, he inspired the names that me and my partner used when we worked the Ithica, New York market on WTKO: THE KNOCKOUT! I was Bob Ali, along with Cassius Weave, we were “The Bob and Weave Morning Drive”. Also at the time, there was a comic book that was written in the late 70’s called “Superman vs. Muhammad Ali” where Ali beats Superman in a boxing match. I guess that made him the “Black Superman” according to the Johnny Wakelin song that’s playing here now on…THE MACKER!
